I'm sure you'll survive, Glassman--I may come out to watch. I'm curious as to where they'd do the autocross part at Thunderhill...

Theres a plain area used for "drifting" to the left as you drive in, kinda near the gas pumps. My "guess" is it will be there. My question on T-hill was/is the road rally, yes there are roads, but nothing like some of the epic roads/scenery of Laguna/Portland/LA (well kinda lol)...

Front splitter side skirts so on are allowed. But are not removable for part of the event. Must run splitters in all portions.

I know Chris is one of the inner-circle guys in our sport and would like to take his word for it but I sure wish this information was reflected in the rules. My car never came with the chin spoiler option but Im sure as heck not going to take it off. That would look funny. I was planning on fabbing some side skirts (more for style than function) and chin splitter as well.

Craig510's lil monster along with V8 imports will be a hoot to watch, the CanAm of OUSCA!

I'm liking the rules, still don't think 1989 is the proper cutoff but it's not my show and I'll continue to support the series.

This is what I was thinking. The overpowered lite weight stripped down all-wheel drive racers will be in GTL. Maybe if they had a GTV-L.

Dang Chris now you've got me cornfused....I read it that AWD would be in GTS. Now I'm seeing anything under 3200lbs is GTL. Hopefully the Subies and Evos are heavy pigs, I want to see light weight 2wd cars!
With the heavy hitters in GTV would it make more sense to shed some more weight and run in GTL? That's what I would be looking at if I was close to weight......and had a car that was ready.......and thought I was actually competitive. :lmao:

Im not competitive anyway so I may just bring it and let them place me wherever. Its going to look funny as the only Muscle Car (yes I know its debatable) running amongst the Miatas, Vettes, and Evos.

I just Louggled the Evo and WRX specs, stock curb weight on both is under 3k....oh well. GTV will still be fun to watch. Chris you still have the baddest vega around! :D

I'm sitting down figuring out my budget to be able to go to this and it's making me sad.

Any of you rich(er) old guys looking to adopt? I'm 27, well mannered, handy with a wrench, and, most importantly; house broken.
