I would not assume "gasoline" means all possible blends that can come out of a pump. In the absence of a definition I would assume they mean 100% gasoline and not any of the many reformulated gasoline variations (E5, E10, E15, etc.).

Otherwise I'd have to buy this from Kool Tools.... If I did this professionally, I'd buy this in a minute!

Of course, my motto is "there's no job worth doing that doesn't require a new tool" so.... I might buy it anyway. LMAO

Thanks for costing me money... Very cool tool, now just need a project to try it on.

I bought a few of these push on fittings, havnt used them yet but I will when I swap my engine to efi in the next few weeks. My question is how to attach the soft line to the hard fuel lines that already exist in the truck? I'm sure I cant just slip the love over the hard line and use some clamps, I would think it would leak under efi pressures.

Just a quick review for the Kool Tools equipment. My coworker bought two different tools from them. The one for the push lock type hoses, and the one for AN style braided hoses. I used both when plumbing my car and I can tell you from first hand I would never want to plumb a car without them again. A huge time saver and did not ruin or make any trouble once.

I also used their tool for brake line fitting that laps the ends to make sure you have leak free connections. This tool also did its job perfectly. All stainless brake lines and fittings and not a single leak afterword.

I give them a complete thumbs up rating.

I have been running the AQP hose since 2012 when I got the car operational. But I never felt comfortable with not using clamps so I made my own clamps using a Clamp Tite tool and .032 stainless safety wire.
