Well deserved Bill! Enjoy! I wish I could make it out to Columbus to see it in person. Have a great time!

slck6t9 07-08-2009 06:35 PM

VERY nice!!! The hood scheme looks similar to Larry's Motiv8r. I like it..

phillym5 07-09-2009 08:24 AM

I love the hood!! Nice work!!

Hdesign 07-09-2009 09:53 AM

Scott, that was the challenge for me. I did Rupp's Track Rat, Larry's MotiV8r and Bill's car. They all had the same CF parts and Bill really liked the others but wanted something different. We wanted to be sure to show off all the CF parts in a way that graphically worked with the car. The red stripe is actually the reverse of Larry's where the "tabs" kick out rather than kick in.

Hey Bill,

Great showing this weekend. It was truly a pleasure meeting and talking with you. Ben did a great job and you guys did an even better job bringing the rendering to life. You have alot to be proud of. Oh, and it didn't look like you took it real easy on the auto-x. I guess when the adrenaline gets flowing you can't help it. Congratulations.

ANVIL1 07-13-2009 06:18 AM

I finally met Bill in person in Columbus after talking to him many times on the phone. Real nice guy and his car turned out great! It was my first time at the Columbus Goodguys show even though I grew up in Ohio. Huge show with a lot of great cars, but Bill's car definitely garnered a lot of attention. Congrats Bill and great job Tom!

Many Thanks for the complements guys!
The close out panel is from DSE, Tom Argue has a special paint process that he did to give the CF look the same with the Intake and the Valve covers!
Thanks, Bill

My congrats on how well your car turned out.

When you get a chance, I think posting some closeup pics of the interior, especially the console, would be of a lot of interest here.
