Blocking the underside of the car. Never seen that in progress like that before. That's on a whole different level.

This is going to be one BAD A$$ car
|
Ha - I'm sure its not the first time that's been done but I've never seen anyone bondo a rear end before. That is a little too much for anything but a Ridler cup or AMBR show car IMO but if that's your kick more power to ya !
Now I want to see the saddle stitched leather wiring looms ! Don't be cutting corners on us :) |
Oh you are so right Preston...It will be all show & KICK your a$$ GO!:unibrow:
Sometimes you can have your cake and eat their lunch to.:lateral: :lateral::woot: |
Wow! Great build right there!! Congrats!!
I always knew the Rings were very very involved....but never knew they were so hands on....my hats off to these guys! It takes a special person to reach a certain level and still go in day after day and sand on a car like that!!  |
|
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is so damn impressive but then again everything the Ring Brothers have done before it has been impressive.
Morgan |
JA, can you post some pics on the hood, thanks

Car is looking awesome!
What are the plans for the center of the rear deck lid? Are they going to install a third brake light? Real interested to see how they finish out the fresh air vents in front of the windshield. I am trying to decide what to do with mine on my 1967 Mustang.

I 'm excited as well to see the plumbing for the fresh air vents... I'm doing my best with the pictures folks. But, I have direct orders from the Ring Brothers not to expose to much till SEMA this Year...this is killing me in a good way.:willy:  http://lh6.ggpht.com/_5tBNuJc3R20/S3...E/s800/148.jpg http://lh3.ggpht.com/_5tBNuJc3R20/S3...M/s800/149.jpg http://lh5.ggpht.com/_5tBNuJc3R20/S3...o/s800/150.jpg http://lh3.ggpht.com/_5tBNuJc3R20/S3...M/s800/158.jpg http://lh3.ggpht.com/_5tBNuJc3R20/S3...4/s800/170.jpg |

Its funny I get bored pretty quickly looking at pictures of finished cars, I'm really only interested in the build pictures anymore. First magazine that figures that out will do well. I really miss the build books, I bought every one of those. |
Quote:
I love the build books as well...the pages are sure showing some wear and tear. I did contact the guy that puts together the build books. I would say it was not a productive call. In short he was very quick to say he had no interest. No problem I will just share as I can on this amazing site.:lateral: :woot:  Happy 4th of July all. |

I have a fair amount of knowledge about preparing publications for press. One could create a book with minimal layout and text, focusing on photographs, without too much effort and cost. The trick would be marketing and selling; however with a high profile build like this I suspect you would be able to sell a few thousand copies at sema alone which could turn a profit. Properly using the internet would get it to the public as well. |
That looks great under there.
|
This is one hard working guy...amazing talent! :hail:

Wow!
That is turning out to be one hell of a Mustang. Love the shot of the front suspension. I wish Mustangs originally came with frames like that.
