Here's your answer.

byron 12-28-2009 04:10 PM

embossing

that was going to be my next guess. are you bead rolling the corners aswell or hand dolling them. those corners are incredibly hard to make look that good with a bead roller. very nice i apreciate the reply. i will post pics of my chopped and wedge sectioned 69 camaro once i have all the exterior sheetmetal back on it to see what you all think. thanks again.

Absolutely amazing work! Everything looks fantastic! I like the way everything fits together so clean, it looks like it should have been made that way.

What brand and size bead roller are you using? I'm guessing you're using step dies in it?

fabwhitey 12-29-2009 05:44 PM

i believe it is a lazze bead roller

I think Rodger is delirious, he must be talking about John again.

From what I here sounds like WAR is coming along nicely.

That was quick. Thought you would have built the chassis, or is it for parts?

To run the Short course events it has to have stock pick up points so you have to start with a chassis, it does not mean we will use much of it. I'm doing a trade with Justin for the long travel and will Uses these new internal bump stop Fox shocks. I found waiting to here back on the R1 engine.

Any updates on this build?

War 03-24-2010 06:01 PM

It goes in for body and paint in May. So i have alot to get done in that time frame.

War 04-01-2010 10:11 AM

Ever had a part of the car you were putting off working on? Mine was the top of the cowl. It was hurt and I should have just replaced it but I finally got around to fixing it. Welded up a all the pinch welds on the car and sharpened the rest of the edges.
