My first suggestion would be to visit HUB GARAGE .COM here's the link [http://www.hubgarage.com/] click on Home then search/type in Doug Cooper garage...look at the 500 build photos I posted of the 8000 pictures that exist. that will give you an appreciation for the mods/work that went into the build...and the level of detail. Why a B400...I'm a 32 nut...the B400 is a sedan convertible only a little over 900 were built...really rare body style..and Alan improved Henrys design without hurting it's identity! The Name "Deucenberg" this car is styled after the coach built cars of the 30's and a bunch of the features were derived from Duesenbergs! Bob Johnson coined the name! it fits the car perfectly! |

Doug-
Any chance that ls7 camaro will be done for GG pocono this year? That would be a fun car to run the track with. I don't know if you remember that flat black camaro there last year, he said he did 150 on the straight away :unibrow: |

Bob had it out at The Gadsden airport [on police radar] at 185mph... with enough room I think it will top 200...we will find out... Scott Pruet drove it at Putnam Park road course and hit approx 160 on the front straight. |

Find the Super Rod articles on the car. They did donuts for the photoshoot.
Thanks for explaining Duesenberg to me Bob and Doug. I've seen some of the build pictures and knew a great deal of work had gone into the car. I not being a rodder didn't know really much else beyond that but heard people talk about more than just the build quality. |

If I said yes I think Marty and a few others on here might not like that idea. I've been bribed before with that hole plane ticket thing. In my opinion though nothing beats a well built California car. I promise it will have the nations best plumbing on it :unibrow: My buddie Allen Palmer is a pretty darn good painter. :hail: And I think that guy Tracy some where in the middle of you and me might be able to get down on some bad a$$ stichen to get it finished up on it's way home. Just a tought? Mark |
cudas are already my favorite cars but this one is my honest #1 car ever, there isnt another car you could put next to that that i would want over it. i must look at pics of it every month haha
congrats |

my point was it's just easier to FLY you across the country than haul the car... we hauled Alans roadster and the B400 to South San Francisco for Steve Coonan at Rodders Journal to shoot them in raw steel because of his time restraints and travel schedule! Now with that said if you and Tracy wanted to have the Honor of doing a car for me than... LOL! |

I bought that 32 at Barrett Jackson 8 years ago...that's how Alan and I became friends. I think that one is being left to my kids...that's if I don't wear it out prior... |

No turbos on those Lambos... if a turbo motor sounded good I'd pull the Hemi out of the cuda reduce the compression and twin turbo charge it...but turbo motors dont have the exhaust note needed...and the Cudas got a good amount of HP! |
