RECOVERY ROOM 08-30-2010 09:55 AM

Thanks Mike, Wasn't sure about the white on the inside, But thats what the customer wanted. Worked with the car and looked like it belong. It's a bitch to keep clean!

Nice job Tracy. The one characteristic about white is it really brightens up the interior. But yeah its a real bugger to keep clean.

soundqdoug 09-06-2010 07:01 PM

Do you fab up your arm rests?

CreepinDeth 09-06-2010 10:07 PM

Damn I'm NOT a fan of white at all, but that is HOT!!!!!
I'd be afraid to even touch it!! LOL That's really nice.

Just out of curiousity , what seats are those in that white interior ??
Almost every custom interior I've seen uses that exact same seat.
Not the design of the material, the shape of the seat and bolsters I'm talking about.

rjp71 09-07-2010 06:49 AM

Where is the console from or did you build it yourself?

RECOVERY ROOM 09-07-2010 02:26 PM

Yes we built the armrest, The seats are a foam and frame pack that we get uncovered and cover to our taste kind of a blank universal, The console was in car when we got it and we just trimmed it up and covered it(I'm thinking it was out of a Grand Am)

soundqdoug 09-07-2010 04:27 PM

I've been trying to master the 2 part foam this week. It's so weird...I wish the USAF would've had a tech school for interior fab...

Thanks for that, I charge by time and materials 55.00 hour on fab and 60.00 sew time. Every job is different, Every car is different. Mark wanted a interior that was classy and modern with function built in, There is a lot of stuff you can't see that was done. As soon as I can get a free evening I will post up pics showing all the details that go in to a job like this. Most of my Interiors are 13k to 20k on average. Choice of materials is a big factor, High end leather is not cheap. Interiors are a big part of the looks of a car when it is done.... Thanks again for looking at the work.

rjsjea 10-15-2010 08:26 AM

Thanks for taking the time to post some pics........

ProdigyCustoms 10-18-2010 05:16 AM

OK, so that was worth all the hype and wait. Job well done again man!

DFRESH 10-18-2010 07:43 AM

Mark--congrats bro--you have got to be stoked!! So is the car going to SEMA as planned?

Tracy, i'm suspicious that you have been using the new "Nice Interior Spray" that Rodger has developed on many of these cars. We'll know somethings up if we see you at SEMA and you are three inches taller with dark wavy hair from his "Tall, Dark and Handsome" spray.
