That can happen -- when you're always working up-side-down and backwards!

Looks great guys! I love the 8 stacks of course.... Is that a Roush?

jimbo 04-18-2012 07:41 AM

Why is this car RH drive and the Coronet and Impala from the other thread are LH drive?

I thought all cars had to be converted.

waynieZ 04-18-2012 09:32 AM

The car looks great. The paint looks slick as glass! Nice work.

No ,if the car is 16 yrs old or newer then it has to be converted, anything else is just personal preference,I try to convince my customers to leave them left hook but sometimes, they wont be told.
Shane.

R.A.D 08-02-2012 03:33 PM

you guys have been pretty quiet here. did you take the summer off?

68LS1 08-03-2012 02:18 AM

It's winter down here :(

I was lucky enough to stop in a month ago and Shane showed me around his shop. Their work is amazing. Every painted car looks "wet".

With the amount of cars they are working on I think I can guess why not a lot of posting

Carroll Shelby would certainly be impressed with this one, sadly he'll never get to see your craftsmanship. Exceptional!

Question on the radiator support mod

So much amazing workmanship on this car.

I notice you modified the radiator support so that it is removable. I was thinking of a similar modification.

You have any info on how you did this. I'm assuming you cut the piece out then boxed the open edges then drilled holes and bolt and nut to fasten or welded a threaded nut to screw in to.

Looks like you may have a counter sunk bolt going through the top.

Did you use thicker metal to box it in? guessing two fasteners per side?

thanks for any info, Mike
