Greg sure is a softie... but anyway...

Great build there! You better drive the oil out of it Greg.

What is more important than what is getting done on the car,is what did you have for lunch.

WORD. I bet the angle on these pictures seems fine for us average sized guys like us. Huh Scott?

GregWeld 12-22-2011 07:06 PM

Wow! What a great shot of the top of the trunk lid!

Oh - and there's another great shot of the top of the top!

Oh - and lookie there! A shot of the top of the hood too!

Was there supposed to be a STANCE shot in here somewhere?

coolwelder62 12-22-2011 07:23 PM

It is cold and flu season,U know.Maybe they should not be laying down on that cold concrete floor to get a low stance shot.:unibrow:

Like i said the car is not in the same condition to take new pics. I might have another stance pic with Kennys 62 tomorrow or tuesday. We are test fitting a first prototype tomorrow after i get parts from the laser cutter.

Look on the bright side you may never see those things in the real life of Greg Weld. These pics will assure you the roof and hood are as straight as the rockers.

You can't stop Greg Weld, you can only hope to contain him...

Here's one way.

Just need a deposit and a buick.

71RS/SS396 12-23-2011 08:09 AM

Probably be easier and cheaper to just cut the floorpan out and put a Chevy floor in it.

coolwelder62 12-23-2011 08:12 AM

I thought I would check in on the progress, before I head out for Lunch.:D

It would be interesting to compare my perimeter style frame design to the what would fit under a 61 Buick. HMmmm

I'm not sure what's different about the frame but the front and rear suspensions Buick vs Chevy are completely different.
