Congrats on the success of the subframes. But really? #44? Between you and the dozen other people making camaro subframes, you'd think the market would dry up. I guess Im just amazed at how many of these things are being built. :willy:

I think there are prob thousand's of camaro's too still be built. And since mine sub frame's work very well,I am hoping to keep selling them until somebody wants to buy the jigs and fixtures from me.Then it's off to the oven fired pizza, steak & sud's joint for me.

Ron in SoCal 12-15-2012 07:29 PM

Very cool Scotty. A bikini clip (?) mounted to inner support rails. I dig it! Is it stiff?

Stiff as a 14 year old boy @ spring break.

Che70velle 12-15-2012 09:14 PM

How much room do you have between your rear tire, and your frame? I have been wondering how close I can get before it rubs while articulating. Excellent fab work!

Rick D 12-16-2012 03:46 AM

Scott so is the front clip going to be another new offering fron Chubbys Fab??? I would think that once you get it out there "they will come" I know if I had or get an A body this is something I would want??? Just something to think about which I'm sure you have already! Again great work, but that's what we've come to expect from you

It looks like you got rid of the body mount that is typically right behind the rear tire? I just notched my frame, and it doesn't seem like the tire would come in contact with it, but maybe it did for you?

dug 12-16-2012 12:00 PM

what size are those speedo and tach gauges? 5"? and what sizes are the other gauges? Super badass build, keep at it:hail:

The car looks killer with those big meats on it.

as for the Oven Fired Pizza - call me and I'll buy. It's one of the few foods I still get to eat as long as it has a whole wheat crust!!!

67goatman455 12-17-2012 08:33 PM

did you decide not to go back with the body mount thats right behind the rear tire?

Scott you've come a long way

And I'm remembered in high school for parking my truck on a car in the parking lot. Yep I was the short kid with the 9 foot tall mini-truck with a blown carburated 4cylinder.
