This car is pure awesome.
Is that an AN hose connecting the radiator to the thermostat? I was thinking of doing this with my autorad setup and was curious if they offer it as an option for the inlet/outlet on the radiator. |
Yes Autorad does this, just ordered mine that way
|
Thanks sd67.

I will just echo every body else :king:

All of the exterior bodywork is now done and everything is ready for sealer, base and clear. We are hoping to have the exterior painted by the end of next week. |

I like the 4 cut outs vs standard 2 for the Aerocatch latches for added stability.
Which vents are you using? Gonna be a great car. Goes without saying. But I said it. |

Exterior is painted now, and things are starting to come together with the assembly process. Hoping to drive it for the first time next weekend depending on how things go. |

Outstanding. Love the Spek gauge packaging.

Great choice! I was just thinking battle ship grey would look good on a build like yours.
Dave |

Currently the car is at an interior shop here in Minnesota having a stock style headliner installed, along with custom carpet, custom rear package tray and custom kick panels. There are still quite a few things to sort out and finish but the car is finally able to move under it's own power. The side glass and the door panels will still need to be installed after the interior is finished along with installing the taillights and a few other things. The car will also be going on the chassis Dyno at TPIS in a couple weeks. Here are some photos from the last few weeks. |

Casey, spend the money and have a true 4 in i.d. cold air built. That intake tube starved my ls3.

Very Nice!!
|
Nailed it!
|
Best looking 69 I've seen in quite a while. I never would've picked that color combo.
|
I love this car! I think its exactly how GM would have built a 69 Z/28 if the technology was available then. Well done!
|
You have built one hell of a car! I cannot wait to see it tearing up the Minnesota roads.
|
Casey....Don't take this wrong, but when I rolled into catch up on your thread and saw the pictures all I could think was "OMG that is F-ing DIRTY"! Not a term that has ever come to mind on any other car I have ever seen. It's a good thing!
Home run brother! :captain: |
