Very nice! I like how u kept the CF underside of the hood. It adds some nice touch.
Im curious to see how this car will look like at the final product. |

I wondered if Charley would stay with the ZR1 style wheels.
|
I absolutely want it to look just the way it has for the last 10+ years.

Wow Charley...looks killer! How come I've never seen this car before? I must be seriously out of the loop here...
Have a blast on the Power Tour! Try not to blow by Ken so fast this time...at least have the A/C on and the windows up...LOL:cheers: |

Coming along nicely guys! Love the engine bay with all the differnet finishes and textures!! What throttle body are you using? Keep up the great work!!!

I like the manifold. Kind of reminds me of an indy car.
|
The throttle body was custom made by Kinsler. I think Mark had two made.
|
That engine looks SICK Charley
|
ehhhhh. Is that all??
:D ;) |
Charley...where did you source the aircraft style gas cap from?
There are litterly Kabillions of us '67 and '68 owners that want one. How Marquez or Modo hasn't jumped on one of those yet...I don't know. |

Oh Boy! I think I'll log out now:_paranoid :lateral:

I don't know why I'm worried about it.
Not like my car is going to be running anytime soon anyway. I'll say this though...someone is passing on booko bucks. If I had the means, I'd be all over these. Excuse me for a sec......:beathorse |
Ahh, maybe me too, I think after the modern stuff, The ole SS gas cap might look out of place,
|
I got a source for one Steve, and even a write up on how to install it. I'll still wait for Larry's for another few weeks but if one doesn't materialize I'm going to pull the trigger on this one. It's the same one that Trepanier put on the Orange Peel. PM me.

We have gotten some more progress to show you on the Red Witch! All fuel lines, coolant lines, A/C lines, popwer steering lines are now done. Have the breather can mounted, Ron Davis radiator in, brake lines done, spark plug wires done and have started wiring the entire car. We're getting there! Just a few weeks left! Getting excited Charlie?!!! I know we are!!!

What IAC are you using? I was going to use a Ford unit but that one looks much smaller. Is it a two hose model?

Looks like a GM unit with a remote billet mount/air filter. Jody |
