Looks like it was a fun weekend. Congrats on getting it going. I love the rendering and phase II plans but I also think it is great in primer. I look forward to seeing it at the Optima event next month:thumbsup:

Sweet! This is what it's all about. How did she feel? Loose, tight, forward bite, etc?

I really liked the handling on the car, very neutral feeling. I was not pushing th entry as fast as I would like but the forward bit was good. As the day press on and I went harder and harder, still not 10/10 maybe 7/10. It still felt really good out of the turn and down the straight. Mary and some of the instructors felt the car was more planted down the rough mid straight then James's car. I made a few shock adjustments to lossen things up and it felt even better. I really think I got lucky with the spring rate right out of the gate. I have 450's on the front and 175's on the rear. I ran the car around shifting the car at or below 5000 just to get the engine broke in. Later I will spin it to 7000, if the pistons will last.

I will not be running the car at Optima next month because I only get one chance to run the event. I would like to win my way in next year and have the car as dialed as possible by then.

I'm excited to take the car out again soon and work on some autocross stuff. This winter Buttonwillow will have plenty of track days to go work on it some more. At this point I think I need more work then the car. I might take the car to the El Toro event next month, I believe it is the No Limit shootout. I'm not sure on many details I was invited last week by the promoter.

Did you say something about carbon fiber front fenders??
Sounds expensive, but worth it!

Carbon inner fenders, but the outside will remain all steel.
