Agreed. The wheels don't match the theme, and are a bit cheap looking for the quality of the car. He probably was out of money by the time he got there.

$500K in their dreams... Very nice car, too loud for my taste.

My preference is for split-bumpers, but this beautiful car in particular struck me as looking a lot more like the European cars which inspired the second-gen. Maybe it's the color? Definitely not the wheels!

Absolutely!!! In my teens I had open exhaust on a couple cars, louder the better. But I grew out of that pretty quick. Then I went for a good tone and as quiet as I could make it without losing a lot of power. Quick and silent is my goal. :morepower:drive::drive:

While torque thrusts aren't my preference, I think they fit the build perfectly. This looks like a build straight from the 70's and 80's with modern quality. It's not a high end build. It's just done very well. There's very little custom from what I see. It's catalog parts that could be put on in a garage. There's nothing wrong with that. The paint is superb which I think throws everyone off to how simple the rest of the build is. I also think we are so accustomed to seeing over the top builds that we forget what a well done simple build looks like.

That's a gorgeous shade of red. I hope the car sells for a good bit.

I hear you Trey and agree with everything you've said, I really like this car and it's much nicer than mine tbt but a real set of affordable Torque Thrust IIs or CL205s would look WAAAYYYYY better than those cheap Coys wheels imho. Even the classic 5 spoke US Mags on the 56 Wagon above or some Year One's would fit the look of this car better imo. To each his own I guess but those cheap wheels on this car were a big swing and a miss in my book... a $190k car should come with Forgelines or HREs.
