Greg, cool video. Looks like an absolute blast.

It was a very fun event... was nice to match up on the track with some other pretty serious hardware -- some real good drivers... and everyone out just enjoying a couple real nice days.

We split into two groups - fast group and slower group... I was in the fast group and the all wheel drive and controllability of the R8 was amazing. The tires - not so much.

Jack just sent me this pic of my Mustang taken a few days after finishing it -- and before the stripes went on -- carrying the right front on turn 2 at Sonoma (then called Sears Point).

I like the stripes but if I could have purchased it, I would have tried to figure out how to run the normal Shelby hood and scoop, and not lose a bunch of power. I think the intake/filter setup required the cowl hood for clearance. Of course, I also wanted to put it back on the street for a street/track car, so I'm not real bright.........

Just don't let the car see that photo, get some enjoyment out of her before she figures it out on her own that she's now a glue horse. :D

Jody I must not be bright either because that was the first thing I thought when I saw it in person. This thing has great fit and finish for a track only car.

So, kudos to Jack and not Greg. :poke: :D

I'd prefer the stripes WITH the front wheel carried. :bitchslap:

I put on earphones and play stuff by "The Spinners" when I'm on track. I just love the G's she can generate as the azz end comes around.
