3/16" aluminum. Doubled the thickness on the leading edge with some welds and panel bond. Two small turnbuckles on the trailing portion that go into rivnuts on the core support. A small section will be fastened with Zeus fasteners to take it back to the cross member after the car shows. Functional but not over the top plus nothing really out back to provide aero balance so you can't go crazy.

Here’s a shot of the carbon splitter on the front of my car. I’m looking to do something similar to what you’ve done. Not looking for any crazy aero but I’d like to have something to go under the front valance and Also protect all the oil lines I’m hiding underneath it.

This was before my car went back to the body shop so it doesn’t look quite like this anymore. All the panels are lined up and primered now.

Make a pattern out of cardboard or 3/16" plywood and mock it up. That will get you where you want to go.
