Definitely the first option of those two options. It might help if the two rectangle vents weren't rectangle. Could you round the corners, or a corner? I'm just thinking it might look better if they complimented the center section better.

Track spec Motorsports are the vents I’ve been looking at. The side vents are their first gen Camaro t1 vents and the center vent is their C3 vette vent.

To me, the side vents are good without the center vent. Once you put the center in, the curves throw off the side. The C5/C6 T1 vents look good together. Something like the BMW E90/92 side vents are what I was trying to describe earlier.

I kinda have to agree with Trey, the two sides look good as is. Seems a bit out of proportion & a lot going on on top of the whole hood. I'm sure its functional for removing heat build up though.

How about this center one if its on your must have list?

I by no means am an expert merely suggestions, keep up with the progress as I look forward to your updates.

That one is being rendered up already. Kris Horton is working up a few options for me so I can see it before ordering anything.

Saturday got off to a late start because of rain and having to move cars around at work. So I did't get to what I wanted to do. Instead I got the fuel tank mounts trimmed to fit, then hammer and dollied the dents and scrapes out of them.

I've decided to start doing some wiring where I can by getting the pig tails built. So far I have half of the transmission connectors and some of the engine sensors done.

I also got the Vapor Worx controllers mounted for my fuel system behind the driver seat.

I finished up the day doing a finial marking for trim on the core support.

And laying out a 5th gen Camaro hood vent with the Anvil vents.

And because everything is lined up and this was a good angle of the car.

Looks mean!

SUPER professional build going on here AJ. So lucky to have support from your shop management.

I'm nitpicking here, but the Gurney needs a negative curve on the lower edge, and some crown on the top edge.
Check out a factory equivalent part.

Auto design 101...Page 1..... never a straight line nor flat surface on an auto body. They make either themselves or surrounding surfaces look hollow.

Thank you.

From what I'm reading about the flap is its supposed to me 90* to the pressure side. If you're thinking about the ones on the Vette's I think they have a lot of design styling in them. The 5th gen Z28 was a flat piece of aluminum added to the spoiler.

Late start....and you got all that done....and it looks bitchen!!??!!

Started back on the outer wheel tubs so I can get that finished up and ready for epoxy so I can get the floors welded in and the quarters closer to being ready to weld back on. The small stuff takes the longest to fab up and get fit right. Hoping to get the driver tub finished up next weekend. The passenger side is already close to being done so not as much work to get that side finished up.
