Hey, Rodger why doesn't the customer go with twins? To much extra stuff? To normal now a days? Or just plain ol wants a blower.

Cuz we likes simple. And just like brake reservoirs, that is what he wants. So a blower what he will get.

Kamaka says we should gain about a half a SHAKA with this new bellhousing.

WOW that's very nice :king: Rodger who makes that bell housing? Or is it a Iron Works skunk works item :hello:

Looks like a Tilton bellhousing.

So we got the Tilton bellhousing mocked up. We are going to machine a custom end for the torque tube to make attaching the torque tube to a standard bellhousing a solution. We are setting up the engine plate for the car. I THINK....... We have the engine front drive system figured out. Not quite sure I can put it into words, but I know what I'm supposed to do to make it clean like the customer wants. Now we just have to make it a reality, should be pretty awesome when complete.

We have continued some work on the the middle of the car. We are waiting on the ZR1 hubs for the car to begin to mock up wheels. We lowered the torque tube tunnel to go with the lowered engine position that we achiveved with the smaller bellhousing. We are still working with Whipple to get the blower manifold and drive system finalized to move to the front of the car.

Enough Blah Blah Blah. Here are some pics.

We also began welding out the floor sections. Time to design floor insert panels.
