Awe man, you're not gonna let me make it are you? LOL!! I've been putting off powder coating the frame and all until I made my mind up with the motor and gas tank. As far as the car, I may have to recess the firewall because of the rear inlet of the supercharger. All this has been up in the air for months. I've now finally made up my mind. Although, I do have a few more bills to pay off before I get back on it full time. I couldn't powder coat the frame because I had to weld the brackets of the Rick Vaporworx tank to the rear frame rails. But, couldn't do that because there was an issue with the tank after it was built. The tank itself was flawless, but where they put the fuel return line bung, it prevented me from fitting the tank in its place in the back....the square part. The bung keep hitting the frame rail. So, I had to send it back to Hector at Ricks and have them remove it and place it somewhere else. Here are a few pics.

good stuff, moving slow isn't necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes it equals quality. Loved the :flashie:

Marcus, great update. I'm glad it was Scott calling you out this time. It seems you and I may be on the same build plan timeframe. HAHA

True Bill. At times I think my build may be going in reverse it's so slow. Make no bones about it though, I have a plan and I'm sticking to it and I won't settle for less and not be happy with the car. Been there, done that and that's why I had to rebuild it this second time because of settling and taking short cuts to hurry up and get the car finished and not being happy with the car. Vowed to never do that again. Plus, it was my first time restoring a car and I didn't know much...knew a little, but not enough and made some mistakes. I've learned a lot along the way and patience is one of those things.

"...quality has no fear of time."

Not sure who said it, but it's a favorite quote.
