And the cars that do show up are on leaf springs and coils with reinforced control arms and good shocks! I crawled all over the cars at the NorCal Shelby deal and was surprised how "simple" the suspension set ups were. Anyone remember the old man in the green Camaro at Laguna USCA? Dude was damn fast and had zero trick parts....not even the required LS!

Dave, about the pictures....if it will help, let me know where to send the money and I'll kick in some dough to get Jim a "fancy" phone so he can get some pictures. Maybe Payton needs gas money....either way, I'm here to help.

Because the guys that run - actually use their cars frequently on track (many are pure track only cars) - instead of wasting their time and money trying to just look like they go to the track..... hahahahahahahahahaha --- Sad but true.

Out of necessity, we have had to develop strong visualization skills when visiting this thread...'lo these many years.
