How do you like that Woodward Shear? 8".....would you go larger? Capacity 3/16" steel? Looks like it would be very handy go-to tool.

SS, it does pretty well for the price point. I did originally get the 12" shear first, but it would flex to much and caused cutting issues even with 16G material. Sent it back and exchanged it for the (original tried and tested) 8" model. Works pretty good. I have limited it's use to 1/8" stock only. Also purchased the rotary ratchet style cutter rated at 1/8". I limit that one to 14G material and that works pretty good for curves. Both of these cutters are entry level and work for their price points in the market.

Thanks, the ratchet shear was also on the radar. 1/8" & 14G would cover my needs nicely.
