I wouldn't worry about GM.
You could make a living building camaros or other cars.

69

Mark can you hook us up with a update?

Mark, great looking project as usual. At first I used to say the same thing...man, Mark's building another '69? How about a second gen. Then after reading some of his responses and thinking about my thing with fox body Mustangs I understand. I've owned 7 fox body cars, hall hatchbacks and one notch. I still own the notchback and drive my 88 GT everyday. I think about going with something newer but theres' just something I like and enjoy about modifying that particular Mustang generation. I know those cars in and out. Maybe it's the same way for you Mark, you just like what ya like and what kind of results you can get from it when you're done making it even better. The 69 Camaro is such a clean modern design, it will always be classic and timeless.

Yep I like '69 and I have a ton of spare parts... lol I never wonder what size wrench to grap because I just know.

After getting JA shipped back to Charley I got a few things done on my car.

I'm going to try to build almost everything prior to paint. I've got the following done to the car:

Engine
Engine assy
Trans
Shifter and trim ring
Rad
A/C Cond
Vintage Air Condenser
A/C bulkhead
DSE Front Sub and DSE 4 link
Header
Exhaust
Fuel Tank
DSE Dash with AM gauges
Dry sump tank
Brembo Brakes
ABS module

Working on the following

Diff cooler
Trans cooler
Brake lines
Engine Harness
Body Harness
All the hoses
DSE rear sway bar
Aluminum front bumper

So once I get every thing made I will strip the car back down and send it to paint. Still I don't know who will paint it. I hate the paint process.

I should get my Fikse wheels next week. I will post a picture once it is on the ground.

Mark

Mark,

What sold you on putting ABS in it?

Brakes

Can you offer up a little information on the Brembo brakes. Are they the carbon ones from the ZR1, CTS-V, or aftermarket? Thanks.

Nick
