I had all gaps set pretty well before cutting anything off, they weren't perfect but close. Ya thats what I would do (grinding) had to do same with my camaro. Had great lines on 1/4s with the gm panles but the aftermarket panles need work to make great lines.

No updates Marty haven't gotten squat done, I'm hoping to get back on it soon though.

Got the frame welded, blasted and painted.
