Geez, I checked this thread this morning and there was a page and a half. Did anybody go to work today? Yeah don't worry to much about it. 45 days is a nutty schedule....mine start to finish will be about a year and three/four months as the car should be done in July/August and we got it last April. Rims are tough on Chevelles because their is just such a huge radius for the wheelwell. I mean it takes putting 20's in the rear just to make it look like your're starting to fill up the potential room. I'm running 18's in the rear of mine and 17's up front and even then I have concern about the amound of wheel-well opening in the rear. I was actually toying with the idea of contouring the fenders/quarters wheel openings to the radius of a perfect circle as to run parallel with the rims/tire. I'm going to mount the combo first to see if it'll have a really negative effect on the car's natural body lines... Be sure and post more pics as you move along. :cool: |
I must need glasses. I don't know how I missed that post completely. That is a nice Green. I have a 69 Firebird project that is close to that. Its Verado Green.
