I agree with most of you, hideous beyond description, but nevertheless someone's interpretation of what they like. The car craft, hot rodding, customizing hobby is all about expressing your own twist on your ride. If it makes the owner happy....then more power to him. Read some of the stuff out there that is written about pro touring, some people think WE are butchering up classic muscle cars?! Just my .02.
