Mike,

If the word 'slacker' was used to describe me/my project, I would be ok with that.

:D

Congrats on the successful trip,I bet it was a good time,do you have a vent on your tank?

glassman 10-07-2013 06:12 PM

Yeah, its been vented and revented, i think there either may be fuel or a pinch in my hard line, but my venting hose goes up above the tank and i believe its routed correctly, still may be a baffling issue. One thing we noticed (David Pozzi to give credit where credit is due) spotted the filler tube goes all the way down to the bottom of the tank. I get the car home on thursday, so up on stands it goes (it seems to like being worked on, kind of like a chick hooked on plastic surgery)

Hey Mike,

It was great meeting you and some of the other Lat-G guys last weekend. I enjoyed hearing about your trek from the west coast in spite of your drivetrain difficulties. I also enjoyed checking out your ride as I am headed in the same direction with my '72. I can only hope to have mine as far along and at next years Good Guys alongside yours.

Looking forward to hearing you've sorted everything out and are back on the road soon in spite of your busy schedule.

Thanks again for taking the time to share and I hope to see you guys back in the Big D next year.

Joe
