The orange 32 is from Mansfield??? That car was hidden great. I've not seen that car and this town is not that big. Lot of old school rides down here and plenty of restoration shops. Wonder who did it?

The riviera was way out there and very impressive. I felt the nova looked more the street machine to me. I don't even know how he came up with some of those ideas much less execute them in the way that he did on the riviera. It had more wow to it. The nova was just right

I agree with that 100%. The judges got it right. If it was for something like the Ridler the Riv would have been the right choice, but the Nova was definitely the better Street Machine, in the sense that we know it now. I remember when a "Street Machine" was a totally different beast - think Rick Dobbertin...

When they announced it, I thought they got SROY wrong, but then I went down and looked at the brown coupe and the sedan again, and could see why they made the choice they did - again, in the spirit of the competition...
