Great work. All of those subtle modifications won't be noticed by regular people, but people who know these cars will be impressed when it's in paint. I like the direction you're going. All of those hours will be worth it in the end.

Nice work , I am building a 70 pro tour as well, was thinking I would call the thread I post " another pro touring 70" but you beat me to it. Now that I see those wheel wells I'm going to do the same thing, very nice

Its been a while since I posted. I got the front end assembled surprisingly the reproduction urethane nose fit better then expected just had to do a little bit of work to make it fit good. Welded up the front bumpers so they are smooth. Had to straighten out the brackets since they were tweaked a little bit.
Also got the back half of the car primed and blocked still have a couple more blockings to do to get it perfect. Getting the lower valance to fit was a nightmare picked up a good used one since my original was tweaked and rusted but it turns out the one I picked up was also tweaked and was missing one of the brackets for the nose piece so i ended up taking the two and making one. :superhack: Also started making close out panels for the fenders.Got the front ones done and just made templates for the rears until I get time to make those.

Looking good. Nice work going on.

I like how you left some character on the bumpers. Too flush makes it look fake and you lose the curves the car is known for.
