I also recently signed up for a tuning class so I will finally understand how to properly tune my own junk...tired of getting screwed. Big update tomorrow hopefully!

So I finally have an update (video incoming) of where I stand on this build. With school, work, and my two sons (life getting in the way) I didn't make much updates but a lot has happened,

Got a quick teaser...

Motor is basically done (wired and sensors):

Garage was a disaster from just throwing stuff in there - parts, kids toys, basement finishing equipment, etc...

Finally getting that under control!

Working front suspension and heating currently...yes you heard right, I acquired a '78 Cutlass "heat only" suitcase and am cleaning that up for install (pic to follow as that is a separate mini resto)

After a LOT of cleaning I got a bit of the driver side suspension on..,

Lucky for me my spring compressor broke on me just as I was about to install the driver's spring 🙄 ...can't buy a break...

Anyhow...a TON more to come!!!

Of all the automotive related things I've broken in my life, a spring compressor isn't one of them. How did you manage that? :confused59:

Many years of use, dozens of springs with most being lowering springs with 1.5 to 2x the force and never lubin' that bastard up...lol

Ripped the threads right off the theaded rod...for an el cheapo rental tool from Pep Boys I was pretty happy with its years of service!
