My 05 Subaru Impreza is looking like a perfect investment. The thing is a beast in the snow with the AWD!!! Plus it just rides so nice. I love this car. :D

Thanks lol. It's soooooo much better than the Camaro in every way.

That's a sweet deal on your Subaru, I thought they were pretty expensive? $4600 seems like a steal to me for that mileage.

Now why doesn't that surprise me..  The nice thing was during training when we had to play the bad guys and get handcuffed, I have wide shoulders and no flexibility so the instructors always had me take off the handcuffs before getting in. I've pushed some pretty big boys....and girls into the back of those things. :D

I got rid of the Vibe here about a month ago and picked up an '06 Honda Accord Hybrid. I won't post a pic of the outside because it has some ghettofabulous wheels on it right now. I picked up some 18" mesh wheels but I am still shopping for tires. I am currently looking for some Acura TL A-spec suspension to bring it down just a little. I have put about 1500 miles on it so far and I am averaging 35 mpg. Considering it is faster than the Vibe and is getting 5 mpg better it's a win win for me. I'll be taking her to Fontucky sometime next year to see if I can get her into the 14's. :unibrow:

I've got a 64 mile a day work commute, though thousands of idiot Chicago drivers, and not to mention the horrific Chicago winter road conditions ....... this suits me fine. The heated leather seats and XM radio and AWD are the most valued options on my 2005 Chevy Equinox....the gas mileage is nice too.

No that is as they were. Unmoved from the accident. You can see the tow truck to the right of the tacoma about to hook the camaro and pull it away. Pic if from a parking lot. He turned from center turn lane headed opposite direction infront of 2 lanes that were stopped to let him turn (no major traffic on the road at this time). He went for it and I was in the inside lane passing the cars (35ish mph). Had NO time to slow down.

That makes sense now...I see the other side walk alittle. Man that sucks, sorry to see this happened to you.

I can imagine....and I'm sure they can party!!! I've always been told (and witnessed) that cops are the worst or best to party with (depending on how you look at it) :D I don't go out with the guys all that much, just tend to hang out with the wife alot. I have had to respond to off duty members needing help though. Several members have lost their jobs because of the stunts they pull when they are drunk. As for the golfing...that's one thing I have never been able to get into. We have quite a few guys at the office that golf a lot. Sorry get off topic here.....this was supposed to be about daily drivers
