Come on Bryan. You can do better than that. We're all hoping to see video of you in the car "driving," now that you have a seat at the shop.

Don't hold out on us!

Matt

Bryan tell them not to worry your safe.
My daughter's pregnant and she lives in Carlsbad with a mid July due date. Maybe I can sneak away and check your car out. When she got married in 2010 I went to see Matt's car and Penny at BOS. Their work was super.

Right on Wayne. I'm happy for your daughter. That's great.

Let me know when you get here and we'll take you by the shop. Friday's are really good. The guys grill up burgers and hot dogs for lunch.

waynieZ 02-19-2012 07:43 PM

I'll start working on Mama now...

Bryan O 02-21-2012 05:32 PM

Got shafted today. :)

DSE wiper motor, oil filter and sending unit installed. Also a shot of the Vintage Air and a good shot of the Clayton Machine pedal assembly.

VA hoses

Bryan it is coming together nicely. Hey how are you going to be running the VA hoses? Looks like through the vent opening but are you using a bulkhead behind the fender or did you cut a hole so you could run continuous hoses? I couldn't see anything on the firewall in any of your pics.

Thanks, Jeff

The shop generally runs all of the lines through bulkheads tucked under the passenger side fender. I think that is what Bryan's car has. I do know that Vintage Air just came out with a circular (rubber/plastic?) plate that allows for you to run the hoses through the firewall.

Thanks guys.

The car's close to being finished. If all goes well we should have it at Good Guys Del Mar. Very exciting. But, what's even more exciting is there's a new project about to be launched. Project Genesis. :woot:

Jeff,

Thanks. I'll snap and post some pictures later today that will show what Matt is describing.

Eric installed the Ringbrothers clutch reservoir. Very cool.

He also put on the rear bumper.

I really like how Mark Stielow blacked out the tail panel on Camaro X at the line an inch or so below the bumper.

Thanks guys. I'm sticking with the avatar though. That picture is worth more to me than my car. It's a picture of my son Trevor in his 67 just before he and I began disassembling the car and getting it ready to take to Best of Show.

Trevor is going to begin his Lat-g build thread soon. Probably later today. Project Genesis. :woot:

waynieZ 03-03-2012 04:25 PM

Way to go Trevor.. Another car guy. SWEET!

Bryan O 03-07-2012 07:28 PM

Yea, that's Eric's car. The green (Synergy?) is awesome. The car looks killer since he blacked out his wheels. Matt's right. The shop looks like a bag of skittles.

waynieZ 03-07-2012 07:53 PM

I love that picture from the back the color with the blacked out tail panel and the lights, It really looks great. Whose lights are those? When I started buying part for my car I bought an NOS set and now I like these better.
Very Nice.

Ron in SoCal 03-07-2012 07:55 PM

Wow Bri...

Tell Trevor I like his taste in parts!
