^ Thx. Gae. They're the std bigun PT sizes: 18x10s and 12s. Mesh is always a good choice on our cars. I'm also thinking the wider stock rear is a good approach w big meats, but I don't balme you for not stretching the 1/4s...it's a lot of work! BTW, got 'em from Frank on time and at a great price....

dammit Ron.. I was hoping for some 15" Torque Thrusts. :D
|
ahahahaha....I think Gae has some! :D

http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...rushedcaps.jpg I'm running this color caliper (photo credit goes to Youthpastor Chris): http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...ad/Baer6Ps.jpg Do you think I should get the brushed cap w my flat black wheel center, red/black caliper and Silverstone color car or just stay w the flat black cap? Here's the wheels again from Scott's website: http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a.../Wc3sblack.jpg Edit: looking at it, the reds don't exactly match... |

Big Day...
Time/progress moves on. Being very close to paint, I was concerned about shooting in the wet weather and humidity. All the pros, including my painter said it's warm enough and is more a matter of flash times. So I got out of the way...
http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob015.jpg http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob014.jpg http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob004.jpg http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob007.jpg http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob005.jpg And after a long day in the booth...we have color! http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob013.jpg http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/a...aintJob020.jpg Pics have a crappy green tint to them. Painter said it came out really flat, color was true. I think you can sorta see it on the passenger qtr panel if you squint. Now the fun begins. 3-4 days of rubbing/three stage polishing and then reassy... |
Looks good! :woot:
|
Great choice in color
|
Good choice in color :)

Sweet. That is another milestone, Ron!
