Should have some tomorrow, working tonight to put motor in and do some wiring, thanks.

tubbed69 07-06-2013 02:04 PM

Got a few pics been busy this week, got the sound deadener on the interior, dash painted, motor in and working on wiring, have a lot the major wiring laid out and in place but need to pick up some wire loom at Columbus next weekend, trying to get it rolling and running then to paint, painting it in pieces so should be easy to wrap up and no overspray, still got to do something with that ugly dipstick and get the wiring all covered up.http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps13a4ceab.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...psee0680ad.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5a2a693e.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps4da30714.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps77c4ace7.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...psc43c11a0.jpg

Nothing from me Jeff, mine has gone back to the paint shop to get paint while I'm away. I hop on a plane Wednesday morning, and arrive in Columbus Thursday night, hopefully we can all catch up.

That engine is sweet. Without sheet metal the front end pic reminds me of the old altered's at the drags. Monster motor out in the open intimidating the little guys. Haha. Jeff, your build is top notch! Very well done.

Looks like I lost the pic in the double quote. Still learning;). At least Dale knows what he's doing. Back to the thread..

hotwhls 07-09-2013 07:24 AM

Unfornutely its not a Precision Metalcraft,it sucks but I bought it off ebay and then I saw the post on here about them stealing his design, its a nice piece for the money for looks its good but probally wouldnt be real good performance wise, just temporary hopefully going to do a supercharger once I spend the money on interior:G-Dub:

sorry but I forgot about the valve covers, they are Billet Specialties, super quality but my car is going to be more for show and would be afraid coils might run hot if you run car aggresively

tubbed69 08-21-2013 06:49 PM

not much for updates but got a few small ones finally, working 7/12s for awhile so not much car time but hoping to paint within the next month or so,trying to finish underneath and get fired up for paint work, got installed a DSE swaybar,Finch fuel and rear end vent, got exhaust on,installed a Lokar emergency brake kit with lever on hump, this really cleans up the car underneath, went with a Lokar billet dipstick replacing that ugly tall yellow onehttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1a3e2ba9.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps623b4110.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1c06894b.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps25e550ff.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5b6a8cc9.jpghttp://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/...ps2154c1ae.jpg
