WOW - Surreal. The ISO bracketing of 100/200/300 created a unique look.

The Yonguno transceivers look like the ticket, thanks.

HDR stuff is pretty slick if you got some good contrasting colors to work with (cloudy days are awesome). Looks like you got some stuff to test this weekend! hahah

I use the Yongnuo's, and have been happy with them. I got the older version, where one unit was the receiver and one was a trigger. The newer ones are both a receiver and transmitter in each one. But still, for the price, you cant beat it.

No you don't, get an ML-L3 for yours. A genuine Nikon one is less than $20 (I think you can afford it :) ) or a cheap aftermarket one for much less.

I didn't know! I ASSumed that because it would need to be "electronic" that they'd be expensive (relatively).

I never shoot that way... and only have a monopod (Manfrotto) for use with the long lens -- I want to just stabilize the lens while being able to "follow the action". Monopods work great for that.

My little girl is 2 today. I haven't decided on a wide angle lens yet (thanks for the suggestions btw), but I am so glad I have my 50mm f1.8!

While outside trying to get some photos of my new awning on "the rig".... I went in the shop and just sat the camera on an upside-down Home Depot bucket... Next thing you know I snapped this off.... NO TOUCH UP or photo anything -- this is straight out of the camera.

I sent this to Sieg --- and said --- The manhole cover says it all. Do you guys think there's a reason my power bill is high? LOL
