Probably as close as I can get with the mods and dialing in what's been done so far. You mentioned Viper Green at one time and gave it a shot.

This car genuinely looks like it would look awesome in any color.

Ron if your going for the older Viper green then cool, but the new green on the 2014 ain't going to happen. Sorry it's a proprietary color for Dodge. It's a candy looking color but we made it using toners not ink (house of colors candy = ink). That way it will not wash out in the sun like traditional candy can.

Now for the right price I "may" be able to get you some :idea:

Do I see remnants of an F350 tail light in the background? :computer: :computer:

No, but I just threw your air cleaner away the other day.

What brakes and pads etc are you running on the Mustang Ron?

I'm in the process of working thru some brake issues on mine with Ron Sutton.

57hemicuda 05-17-2014 07:58 AM

I'm running Carbotech XP10's on the front, and 12's on the rear. Due to the tandem style master that car has on it I was forced to balance the brakes with pads differences. Baer sent me the newest 6S system they had 2 days before the car left for Optima, didn't get a chance to figure the balance out before Vegas, and it was a disaster. Slid the car off course every lap, totally my fault for not setting the car up before it left.

As soon as the fiberglass plugs are done on this AMX, I'm going to change out the master cylinder setup for a dual master cylinder. I'll try a 7/8" front(which is what I'm running now), 3/4" or 7/10" rear, and run XP10's all the way around. It will require major firewall mods to run that setup, that's why its not done already. Keep in mind that car has humungus brakes on it, 15" 6 piston front/ 14" 6 piston rear.

Soooooo.... that's not really the same as my single C4/12" on the back half of my car?

LOL

If Ron Sutton has the time.. Maybe do a thread on brakes & put it on sticky.. Their is alot of information people need to be educated on that could help with brake set-ups.. I personally think 15" front & rear 14's are way to much brakes.. lots of rotational weight..

I will share my controversional information!

LOL

Just put power brakes on it. That should fix it.

We should have a brake tech thread full of Ron's info, just because.
