I can tell you they can be modified to fit if they dont with no problem. Even on my 64 one of the fender holes would come forward and enlarge the slots in the hood by about 1/4 of in. closer together and they will work. I can check a 65 or give you the measurements on the hinges if you need them.

So basically the center to center on the hood is "closer" and the hinge is "wider" . So I'll "oblong" the slots on the hinges with the lathe so that they are closer ?

On the 64 Chevelle the fender mounting section and pivot points appears identical to 67-69 Camaro. But the top piece that bolts to the hood is completely different and would need it's own designated piece. In addition to the holes being closer the shape of the hood mounting area is not flat, it's offset, so the piece would need to conform to that.
