I did not realize that I had not updated my part of the project on here. SO here are fabrication pictures I have for our section of the project.
Some Rolling Chassis pics before we tore the car down to send the body to Kenny and send the chassis to the coater. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010082.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010081.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010083.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010084.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010079.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010078.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010079.jpg |
The body went to Kenny's like this on a separate chassis with casters underneath.

Here are some pics of the chassis. During exhaust construction and final mock up.

Air cleaner construction photos. We decided to go with a stock OEM theme under the hood. Partly because we have to leave alot of OEM parts in place for Emissions inspection for this Specially Constructed vehicle.
The old swap gem Kenny sent to me from alocal Swap meet. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010039.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010069.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010068.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010073.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010074.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010090.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010089.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ber2010092.jpg |
Afew pics of some pf the body mods.
The bumper fit up. I have always hated that it looks like the bumper sides were supposed to be longer. This was the gap we had after tucking the bumper as tight as possible. So we moved the sheetmetal. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ust2010028.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ust2010027.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ust2010026.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ust2010025.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...ust2010036.jpg |
We also made the wheel opening longer to the front. With the bigger wheel it just looks more proper.

Current photos of it in our shop , the front wheels are just rollers waiting on Intro wheels right now.
