When

I had the leafs on before with lowering blocks, my rear axle tubes hit the rear frame rails at the same time my drive shaft hit the tunnel. My front trans angle was set at zero. We (Dan) remade my trans cross member and dropped it about an inch to give us a little more room. The suspension will bottom before the axle tubes hit the frame rails now. Should not have a problem with the drive shaft hitting the tunnel.

From the pictures it appears I am deeper into the trunk than I actually am, maybe an inch or so. At ride height we have 3 inches of compression and 2 inches of rebound...5 inch stoke shock. Axle tube is 3.5 to frame rail.

Greg, the time does fly. I look in the mirror sometimes and think, how did that happen. I always said I would never get married or have kids and now it has been 18 years and I have 2 boys 11 and 9.

Nice looking setup

What about the pinion support/adj bars. They look like they might hit the rear seat tubs if you get much lower. Mine did. I had to cut reliefs in the floor to make room... which sucked since the primary reason for getting the torque arm was to keep from having to cut into the floor. Its prob not a prob for you though seeing that it was made for a Camaro. Mine was made for a Mustang (TCI kit) and was being installed in a Maverick.

It is the angle

of the picture. It does not touch. There is a lot of stuff in a little area. Once I get to the exhaust pictures you may be able to see it a little better.

Suppose to go to paint tomorrow. Woo Hoo!

Nice upgrades...and those new wheels are killer also!

Just curious, is there a reason for so much backspacing on your rear wheels? Just the look you were after? Or for caliper clearance with your floating hubs?

Looking good

I set my car up to run

factory C6Z06 back spacing so it would be easy to order wheels or pick up a set used off of corvette forum...ie another set of track wheels

The deeper wheel also allows me room for the e-brake set up on the floater

Back from vacation. Lots of pics coming
