I figure it all hinges on the paint work and color (granite pearl...not honda's version). Hopefully the car will be done sometime in Febuary-ish.

Dash will look good when it's all done. Whats the plans for finish on it? paint or powder or Ano?

I'm thinking Matte Black for the aluminum gauge face and body color for the frame my new dash pad is black, the Custom console will have the same color combo same with the steel package tray.

Very nice build. I really like the fact that you're using the 'LA" block.

Great revving motors. Can't wait to see more as the build progresses.

What heads are you using on the motor (I am asking because I had the W2 heads on mine) and yours in the pic look like the original style exhaust ports.

Thanks,
I am using Edelbrock Performer RPM that have been bowl blended by Compu-flow, the supplied edelbrock springs have been swapped out in place of a set of Comp Cams set to match the cam and also went to a 10 degree lock in place of edelbrocks 7 degree.

Well, I decided to open up the AAR style scoop and change the front lip design, it not completed yet but here is some progress pics. the original opening was 1.25" and the new one is going to be 3". I also made the motor mount extensions, there .500" thick and with a 1.5" dia bushing I should have the timing cover done in a few more weeks. Also test fit the holes for my shock tower coil over supports

Here's some pics of the interior stuff, I took the new Cipher auto seats to the local upholstery shop so she could match the rear to the front pattern and also remove the front wings (1st pic) that I wasn't the biggest fan of, The rear seat turned out nicer than the fronts so I took the fronts back again to make them as equal to the rear.
I have been working on the custom dash, I decided to go with all push button, no pull knobs here. I got all the custom Autometer gauges wired and all the relays to the switches, theres one less headache to deal with.

You are doing a great job ... I really like the dash layout, and homemade  Where did you get the push button switches? Did they come labeled or did someone do that for you?

Seats are kool too :D
