I got one word for it "consolidators". The big MSO's are getting most of the work, the ins company's keep driving everyone to them. The average consumer doesn't know the difference, to them it sounds great! Here Mrs. Jones just go over to ABC body shop drop off your car and they will have a rental car waiting for you there. They will complete the estimate and give you a "GUARANTIED DELIVERY DATE"!!! Now if they miss the date guess what the shop starts to pay for the rental. Just crazy!!!
