I must say - I think Mr. Gerber missed his calling in life as a narrator. He's done a great job on the voice-over work!

His voice kind of reminds me of Sam Elliot.

Couldn't agree more...

He gets the Sam Elliot comparison a lot, but in his defense, they are very different. For example, in this picture, Sam Elliot is wearing a cowboy hat and Neal isn't.

Totally different... :_paranoid

Hope I can remember to call him SAM when I see him at SEMA.... We'll dub him SEMA SAM!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Videos are great, just too short for me to pick up enough fabrication tips. I could spend 15 minutes just watching the guy use the power hammer.

And, y'all seem so young to be running such a huge successful business.

Other than Sema Sam that is.

~fixed it for you~
I agree, cable is missing a real show. Remember Rides, American Chopper (pre soap opera) and Overhauling. I watched for the fabrication...

Sam Elliot voice over "theres a new sheriff in town"

Im sure you guys have enough projects to fill a few seasons. :hello:

The damned TV writers/producers would have the Gerber family yelling and screaming at each other to boost ratings.....I won't wish that on them -- - they seem too nice for that drama!

Just keep on cranking out cool projects!

in house strong arm producer that will keep things grounded and not target the wives. Keep it a builders show.

Don't worry, there are a few oldsters in the mix as well...

Agreed on the demise of actual 'good' fab/car shows.
Sadly, like a car crash, the drama does attract a bigger audience and the technical content becomes only suitable for a niche audience.

Don't worry. We cringe at the scripted stuff too. At least if we all sound terrible on camera, the truck will be badass!

Back to the truck...

With chassis assembly coming together, we can begin the process of adressing the bed and cab.

With the assortment of Dynacorn panels and trim parts available, we have a nice, clean starting point to build upon.

With the new shortbed together, we create the opening in the bed floor to clearance the rear kickup and the cover panel.
