Thanks, I did alright on it. I am happy with the overall experience. I have had the car for lots of years and was ready to move on. Some of the "bottom feeders" were a little much at times. They kept telling me the car was worth half what it went for (go build one then)
The guys that got the 70 were talking to me earlier and were all into it. I saw them get the 70 and a 33 ford as well. I talked to sooo many people and had a guy meet me in the staging area as Rick D. from Fox was interviewing me swear that he was buying the car and had his "mechanic" go over the car. In the end the guy who won looked at it for 10 min. asked a couple questions then went and sat down. Now onto finishing the Chevelle.

Funny too, FOX took video of the car for the intro to the show. I got to the show at about 9:00 this morning and the guys from Fox were filming it and asking if they could close the hood, open doors etc. When the car was in the lanes this evening Rick D. from Fox had paper work about the car in hand and interviewed me about the car, then came back 15 min later apologizing that it wasn't going to be on TV.... oh well. My father in law was in passenger seat while going on stage and had a blast.

It's a shame that the coverage still sucks. Tons of the same commercials, social garage, bs interviews, April Rose, etc. Maybe 1 and 10 cars get on tv? I would think people are watching to see the cars... :hitaxeonthehead:

So far, pricing seems about average overall to me...
