Size of Back Tires--Cam69
Cam69
Car looks very nice!!! Just wondering what the size, manufacturer and cost is of the your back tires? The largest size tire for 22" wheels that i've found has been a 315/30R22 by Yokohama. |

Thats my buddy and fellow Car/truck club member Gil from Albany, GA. Truck is truely a work of art. Truck has a full frame, tilt bed, and lots of cool sheetmetal work. Truck is laying rocker panels on 24x10 wheels on all four corners, keep in mind its all so a s-10, just not supposed to fit!

!!!
Cam69,
Still lookin at your car....Gotta ask, why did you put custom rails in it? Didn't those tires fit in the stock style wheelhouses? (minitubbed of course) 'Love Pirelli huh? They make good sizes, i have assimetrico's in 345 25 20's and they are the only company makin those, they also make a killer 355 25 20's. When you want width...PIRELLI! I'm debating if i should cut mine up (the 'vert) or not....I could do 285's on a 20 x 10 right now and call it done......but it would be hard when i know what a '345 looks like under it (my coupe). I just tought you had mini tubbed your car and did it the simple way....I already have one thats in pieces and i bought the vert to enjoy while i build it as i figured with my life so full i don't have time to work on the car as much as i'd need to to get it out before it out of date stylewise... (even tough i already talked about taking the 'vert apart to blast the underside "just to make it clean".... you know where that'll get me right...) Thanks for the pics! Now i'll have to measure carefully i guess...I'm looking at DSE's Q-Link and mini tubs for a clean job i could do over the winter. Car looks great! Lead |
