The turn-down is barely visible from the rear of the car.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-c...12-16_0018.JPG We wrapped the tail pipes in DEI wrap to help keep heat away from the fuel tank. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-O...12-16_0025.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-k...12-16_0030.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-7...12-16_0031.JPG |

you guys are doing some great work to that car. Really like the way the exhaust came out.

Nice job Kevin and crew. You have really taken the car to the point where it will be as solid as it initially looked.
Too bad most of your hard work isn't visible after the car is on the ground. |

Topside, it was time to coat the new steel with some Axalta epoxy and black Imron polyurethane.
The new trunk floor, and DSE wheel tubs and shock crossmember were cleaned and prepped for epoxy and paint. The body was completely masked. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-F...20-16_0032.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-D...20-16_0034.JPG The tubs were seam-sealed and paint-prepped inside the car. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-b...20-16_0037.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-V...20-16_0043.JPG New panels blacked-out. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-D...20-16_0045.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-k...20-16_0046.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-k...20-16_0047.JPG https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-n...20-16_0050.JPG |

Soon the new Forgeline ZX3P wheels arrived. These are 19 x 11.5” rears with 6” BS, Satin Gunmetal finish with fully brushed / cleared lip. The fronts are 18 x 10” with 6.125” BS. We think they look killer on this car, and they really frame the Baer calipers and rotors nicely!
