They all look great. Great Job by all of them.
That is a good talent to have.

Yeah, I hear ya! That was the toughest thing for me. I seriously have 15-20 different color and stripe combos. There were a couple that jumped out at Jeff and I, but I ended up going with the one that I began the rendering with. I think I mentioned this in the previous thread but I wanted to do a simple (read:time is money) stripe that continued the chrome notch created by the front bumper while playing up the forward shoulderline.

Anyway, I'll probably post some of the others when this is over also just for kicks. Good idea Kris.

I am working with two of four designers currently

I am currently working with Ben and Jason on different projects. All I can say is, without any reservation that both have helped tremedously to the projects that they are working on with me. They are both class acts that listen to what I want to see but also will put there own creative ideas into the mix. My projects will be better finished cars because of their involvement.

As far as Jason's style, it does not matter if you like it or not and yes you are entitled to an opinion but to say your have never been impressed by his work. What drugs are you on, dude? He is one of elite designers in the world. All I can say is just wait until later this year when you and the world will see what rolls out of my shop with Jason's help. The proof is in his work past, present, and future. And from where I sit his future looks very bright.

Kris great work love the dsesign! the tight bumpers and the smooth body, really accents the super curvey olds body even more and lets the character come out truelly in the car great work! you can tell this design was well thought through

I have gone back and looked at the renderings a couple times now and thought of something, while I was working today.

All the oldtimers around here know that in the early 70's, a true 442 with the W-30 package had plastic inner fenders that were red. I know, that may sound tacky now, but that is the way it was back in the day. Once a final rendering is done, that might be an option to try just to add to the look, for us oldtimers. Then again, maybe not???

Good idea Howell, Red inner fenders. I remember trading a dude out of a pair because he did not like "The color of the tubs and the engine color clashed". Wish they would fit the GTO.

Funny Jim, I can remember guys painting them black for the same reason.
