Thanks a lot Jim. I really appreciate it when people give the extra cred.

Pluming is where it all started. I figure you can't limit your self to one thing.

And yes I CAN'T do everything! Just a few things:lol:

Well I think I'm 99.9% sure I've got the close out panel done. Here's a few pics. I also put a reinforcement brace on the under side and punch flared it to help match some interior elements and pull the engine and interior together. Whata you guys think of it?

Yep. The car is fully loaded. The customer has big intentions to drive it daily. It will be running on E-85 as well.

Thanks Mark

Thanks Mark

and that is how it should be.

Do yo guys have a bunch of E-85 Stations in California. We have some but not enough to dedicate a car. Couple guys her run a flex fuel conversion so they can run either.

Well there's one close to the owners home near Beverly Hills. I think we're putting one of those flex fuel conversion deals in the car too!

The E-85 smells great. My truck has the conversion. Been a while sense I ran it because the station is just far enough away from me to make it not wearth the drive

Ricochet 11-13-2012 11:10 PM

Great job Mark! I'm in the process of mounting my AC - thanks for the pic & idea! :D

I really wanted to try this but there just aren't enough in Northern Calif to make it reasonably hassle free. And I don't want to have a 55 gallon drum in my garage of it.

That's why I've only filled my truck up a couple times. I haven't done in it in 4 years. I think the customer is only doing it because of the convinence for him

All I can say is that it looks incredible. I think once painted it will compliment the engine. I like it because it doesn't take away from the engine. Love the aluminum intake tube on the motor very nicely done. I can't imagine how many hours this took . Everything looks so proportional as it should be. Great Job Mark. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Buddy,

I like to make the motor appear like it can't run, but not hide all the componets. The deeper you look the more you find then you see the form and function of how it all works together.

Yeah the hours:willy: If you could weigh them I would have 1 or 2 tons in it :woot:

incredible fab work and quality!

I'm going to steal your idea to run the a/c lines with bulkhead fittings thru the frail rails and hidden outside the engine bay.

Very nice build!
