I was vacationing with the family in the area of the Ring Brothers shop earlier this week, the roads in that part of the world are amazing. Driving one of their cars on roads in Western Wisconsin would be incredalbe.

It's an environment where you can use all functions of a car:D

awr68 08-25-2010 08:48 PM

Wow that looks fantastic!!

XcYZ 08-26-2010 05:18 AM

Yes, I'm from the Wisconsin area but have relocated to Arizona. The roads here are not as sweet but once you get in the Mountains it can get hairy with no room for a mistake.

Matt@BOS 08-27-2010 07:21 PM

I'm digging the color as well. It looks kind of like a deep burgandy with a ton of pearl in it that flops like crazy depending on the light.

Your post just reminded me to register for SEMA. I wanna see this thing. It's going to be awesome (not that the in progress photos aren't).

Matt

When the car is done, are you going to bring it to Good Guys in November?

coolwelder62 08-27-2010 07:51 PM

Man I am liking this car alot.IMHO it will be the nicest one from the ring Bros. yet.

Yes, I can't wait... After SEMA it will come to Scottsdale, then maybe CA.

I'm hoping I can talk the Rings into dropping off at my garage for the Weekend. :D

I love how fat the front tires are 18x10!:wow:

Macbuick 08-28-2010 01:27 PM

Great build, but IMO the front spoiler, the side skirts and the 2 enormous holes in the rear valence are a little too "rice", "tuning" (fast and furious style)for me....otherwise respect for the quality.

I agree seems a little over done and looks alittle busy and ricer like, in the fascia dept. but wow another incredible build.

tones2SS 08-28-2010 05:56 PM

Very nice. Paint looks sick and the color combo is awesome!

speedshftr 08-28-2010 06:30 PM

really nice car.do they have a down draft booth?i feel like my car is a turd now:(

NOPANTS68 08-28-2010 06:41 PM

Just went through your whole thread. That's the best Mustang I have ever seen. RBs score again.

NovaBlue71 08-28-2010 06:59 PM

Great project , workmanship is fliping awesome but would not expect any less from the ring bros crew. Love the color too.Have fun at sema  Joe

Al Moreno 08-28-2010 07:55 PM

I would hold any reservation until seen in person. I know when I saw Razor in pictures, there's thing I'd probably done different. Until you see it in person and and all that change.

This car IMO is going to raise the bar for any prior RB build and that's saying a lot! I can't wait to see it at SEMA.

JA thanks for posting.

If you can post some more with giving it all away, that would be great.

Musclerodz 08-28-2010 11:11 PM

That thing is sick! I can't wait for SEMA

Young Gun 08-29-2010 09:19 AM

A rather large part of me just died inside knowing I could never have something this gorgeous...

ja.stoner63 08-30-2010 03:29 PM

Thanks for all the feedback...
I really wanted something that would be unique. There are so many cars that after awhile start to look the same. I would agree at first look the exhaust looks out of place. But when you see in person, it just grabs your attention and compliments the whole car from the front to the rear, inside and out.
The Ring Brothers have the talent that dreams are made from...I love it.
And it's all mine.:willy: Can't wait to burn past the first set of tires.

Now that the body & paint is done Jim Ring jumps in and starts the wiring.

It does look close. But it was a custom blend.

I think lines are run inside to keep the weather off and to clean up the underside. I'm going to have to purchase a rotisserie just so I can enjoy the underside.

Rice burner? The reason for the larger than life intake and exhaust is I'll be chewing the rice burners up and spitting them out.:unibrow:

Thanks for the input.

:D I'll be spending alot of time staring at this car at SEMA- nice job- I just have on litte tiny complaint.....MORE PICS!!!!- Chris

mike343sharpstk 09-02-2010 07:35 AM

I have my fingers crossed that one day I will see this thing driven in anger at one of the Muscle Car shootouts. Hell, I would get on a flight to Vegas to see this bad boy thrashing corners at the Ultimate Street Car Challenge after SEMA.

Oh, great!:_paranoid
I just was released out of anger management class.:willy:

mike343sharpstk 09-02-2010 04:42 PM

Perfect, now you can “manage” to find some anger and put it to good use after the perma-grin of seeing your completed car at SEMA:P

nvr2fst 09-02-2010 11:32 PM

WOW, great color choice. The Ring boys are doing you justice. Last time I seen this car it was being prepped for metal when I stopped by. Im liking it better than Reactor.

ja.stoner63 09-08-2010 04:54 PM
