56pickup:
I will get more pics up soon of the seat shaping. Maing alot of progress so I will be sure to upload the pics this weekend.

chevellenv:
the stainless pieces were sanded and prepped fairly easily. The chrome pieces were near perfect to begin with so they too were all just sanded down smooth and the powder went directly over them.

Engine Paint

So the engine is getting its round of color:
The color is a slightly lighter shade of gun-metal for contrast.
All the trim will be black.
Sorry I painted my heads Greg.

I bought a small brush at the hobby shop today.... that way I can leave my headers and everything on and paint around them. :D

BBC71Nova 05-20-2011 08:46 PM

Good looking color. What valve covers are those that you painted?

HRBS 05-20-2011 08:57 PM

BBC71..... they are GM Performance with the "Chevrolet" machined off.

Greg..... thought you'd like that

I've decided to ditch the Inglese set-up for now because of time.
We are CNC'ing a one-off air cleaner that should be a nice compliment to the engine bay. In the meantime, here it is in all its glory..... less air cleaner.

Interior's looking great.

HRBS 06-01-2011 07:57 PM

These will be the last of the interior shots before the cars debut. I hope to show enough to keep everyone happy without giving it all away.......
I am super stoked on how it came out. Call me crazy for wanting off white...... but man it looks good against the steel blue exterior.

HRBS 06-05-2011 07:16 PM

This one is long overdue..... Back in April we got our hands on one of Prodigys Cool Package Radiator Kits. Its a Double Pass design w/ dual Spal 12" fans and came complete with a relay hook up kit, temp sender control for fan on / off, and billet radiator cap. We then stripped it down and sprayed it to match the engine bay. Last, we added a CNC'd Billet Overflow which was black anodized to match the -AN fittings.
