http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/cd394e5c.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/0d2d1f10.jpg Finished up the floor and just have to finish welding it http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/688d7d55.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/53d1d117.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/d6935402.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/e4eaa8d8.jpg Working on adjusting the front end yet. Going to be putting the doors on this weekend http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/b06d2f8a.jpg |
Forgot to add we also ordered the wilwood reverse mount pedal assembly with the forged arms along with the M/C's. They are on backorder till febuary. not a real big deal as we have enough stuff to keep us busy in the mean time.
Happy New Year Everyone! |
It looks good, your making some nice progress buttoning it all up.
|

Steering column is in

Got the Power steering system together and on the motor
I would like to thank everyone at Turn Key Engine Factory for putting together such a nice product! We have never seen something bolt together as nicely as this pulley system has! http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/5c497fc2.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/c3fa5381.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/f0166208.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/71859781.jpg Got the T-Bird Seat mounts made and bolted in the car http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/2ba006f6.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/d8968321.jpg |

Steering is all finished up! We replaced the column that we had in there for a IDIDIT which is much nicer than the one we originally had in there. Got all of the linkage all finished up and it turned out great! http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/7bd1446f.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/f412f2c8.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/96c140f8.jpg Finally got the prothane mount that was on back order for a month and a half. The mount came with a crossmember to bolt up to a 96-98 mustang gt but we threw that on the side and made our own. The Ford rubber mount just wasn't cutting it. Only way to get the pollyurathane mount was to buy the kit and we are sure glad we did! http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/a5181e90.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/24a7b272.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/1682766e.jpg Wilwood pedals came in on Friday also from back order for a month. They ended up sending 3 3/4" bore m/c's when we needed 2 and a 7/8". So we will have to send one back and exchange it. We started mocking up the pedal assemblys and right off the bat we have a pretty good idea on where to mount it and good pedal location. We will run remote fill with the 3 resivoirs under the dash speaker hole which will work out real cool! http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/42f9cc50.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/81d3ea04.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/3be2915f.jpg Behind gauges http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...8/1b8e056f.jpg This week we will finish mounting the pedal assembly and should have a finalized radiator so we can finish up the front core support. Once that is done we will order our mufflers from stainless works and start the exhaust system and also measure up a fuel tank and send the dimensions to ricks and have them make us one of their awesome tanks! |
Gotta love the Wilwood pedal set-up.

It coming along very well. Good to see a Ford motor is going to get installed and by the way nice choice.
|
Wilwood pedals are in Turned out great! We will be using the remote fill resivoirs and mounting them under the dash speaker hole with a false screen so it will look like a speaker but really only be an easy acess for under the dash
http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...nowmo8/041.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...nowmo8/042.jpg http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...nowmo8/043.jpg We had to notch the frame on the passenger side just slightly so we could fit the header going to finish welding that up tomorrow http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/...wmo8/044-1.jpg |
