I'm considering a solid color wheel in this shade...

perfect...I really like the color and wheel style

WSSix 03-02-2013 11:30 AM

My only suggestion would be to stay with a mix of painted and metal for the wheel. I think this would help the rims stand out from the already darker colored paint. I think a machined finish would look better than polished. Then again, I like the wheels that are already on the car and wouldn't change them if it was me. Good luck on choosing.

I still like the wheels I have on the car now, but always second guessing myself. I recently changed the centers to a titanium color, which really changed the look...Always amazed as to what a difference wheels make on a car. I appreciate very much your suggestions along with constructive comments from all.

if I may as well....
FULL POLISHED:thankyou:

You have to do what you want but I am a little more traditional when it comes to wheel finishes.

Fully polished would certainly look great, but is just little too much bling for my taste. Also like all semi black, but seems like everyone is opting for the badass look. My goal was a little bit old school and touch of badass.....if that makes any sense.

KPC67 03-02-2013 01:22 PM

If you ask me you have accomplished that with your current Fikse's

fleet 03-02-2013 01:49 PM

Jack,

Not too light, not too dark a finish IMO.

Leni, (nice to meet you at PDX)
This is one of those cars that pictures don't do it justice. Its very straight and well put together, interior is flawless and the car looks tough as nails.

GregWeld 03-19-2013 04:27 PM

Jack says I skipped this one so here it is!

Private Concourse Challenge

More filming today for the PCC car TV show at Rich Evans shop in Huntington Beach, CA. Apparently there are a few more shots they need for the first episode. I will take some pics for you Courtney fans along a couple of Darkside.

Roberts68 04-03-2013 08:02 AM

Please be sure to keep us in the loop as details evolve with when the show will air so we can set the dvr for the new program... and of course to record Courtney and Darkside. ;)
